What time do we set up and collect?

You can select your preffered delivery and collection times when booking but generally delivery is between 8.00-12.00 and collection 17.00-20.30

Can we hire the inflatables overnight?

Overnight hire is available on certain inflatables (this will be stated next to each item on our website) please be aware overnight hire is only available in a secure back garden which is assesed by one of our team on delivery, if we feel it is not safe enough, we reserve the right to refuse the overnight hire.

Will the inflatable fit in my garden?

All the dimensions and required space for each inflatable is stated on each items descriptions

Will i be charged less if my party is only a short amount of time (eg 1-3 hours long)?

Unfortunatley our prices are based on the time taken to set up, collect and deliver the equipment, so we do not reduce costs due to the length of your party/ event.

Do your company set everything up?

Yes. All our prices include set up, delivery and collection.

Are there any deposits to pay?

We take deposits on some items and wedding supplies may require payment before the day, this information will be stated on each individual product. With most our inflatables, you simply book and pay us on delivery.

When do i pay?

Apart from some wedding services, We require the full balance of your hire on delivery. Please note we will not leave equipment until the balance is settled.

What if the weather is bad? Can i cancel?

If you contact us before or before 9.00am on the morning of your event there is no charge for cancelling, however on larger items if we charge a booking fee we may reserve the right to keep the booking fee (check our terms and conditions)
